Business Travel Certificate Program

The Business Travel Certificate Program was developed in conjunction with American Express Global Business Travel. Students who successfully complete this program earn a certificate verifying that they have mastered the hard and soft skills needed to manage complex travel arrangements in a modern business travel environment.

The Business Travel Training Package includes the online training courses needed to prepare for this certification, as well as the actual online certification exam required to obtain your certificate. Before starting the training, you should have already completed a basic GDS Training Course (preferrably Sabre) or have equivalent work experience.

Certification Exam Overview

In order to obtain your Business Travel Certificate, you must pass the final certification exam with a score of 85% or better. The certification exam is included at the end of the online Business Travel Training Package.

If you do not pass the certification exam the first time, you will have 2 more chances to take it. If you still have not obtained an 85% or better on the exam after 3 attempts, you will be required to re-take the training.

The exam consists of 50 questions including multiple-choice, drag-and-drop, and fill-in-the-blank questions.

Receiving Your Certificate

The cost of printing, processing, and shipping the certificate is included in the price of the training. Within 2 business weeks after passing the final certification exam, your certificate will be printed and mailed out to you. No further action is required on your part.
